We are revisiting our 2020 conversation with coach-creative-community leader YaNi Davis as she faces a health crisis. It has been more than three years since YaNi received a kidney transplant.

On February, 18th 2022, my brother rushed me to the hospital after I became extremely unwell, out of the blue. Since that day, I have been hospitalized receiving round the clock treatments to stop my body, immune system, antibodies and cells from rejecting the most beautiful gift I have ever received…a life-saving and sustaining third kidney! I am facing both a chronic and acute kidney injury, that doctors are working around the clock to reverse and I am beyond grateful for the wisdom of these professionals and the move of God that will see me to my next season in life.
